Sales and marketing manager

We are seeking a sophisticated and growth-oriented Director of Sales & Marketing to build and scale our healthcare referral networks. Responsibilities

• Referral Network Development: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with South Florida hospitals, case managers, assisted living facilities, rehab centers, and physicians.
• Revenue & Pipeline Growth: Drive new patient referrals and business growth while managing comprehensive outreach pipelines and tracking key growth metrics.
• Digital & AI Marketing: Oversee the company's social media and digital footprint, utilizing AI-assisted marketing tools and systems to optimize outreach.
• Internal Collaboration: Partner with operations teams to streamline patient onboarding and ensure exceptional service alignment.

Qualifications
Healthcare Sales: Proven background in healthcare sales, business development, or medical outreach; South Florida market experience is preferred.

Digital Marketing: strong proficiency in social media strategy and modern digital platforms; experience with AI marketing tools is a plus.

Autonomy & Organization: Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment with local travel.

Communication: Exceptional relationship-building, presentation, and interpersonal skills across clinical and administrative audiences.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with healthcare CRMs and platforms; experience with MatrixCare is a plus.
