Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients to understand their needs and recommend the right coverage
• Building and growing your own book of business
• Staying sharp on products, carriers, and industry changes
• Showing up every day ready to compete with yourself, first and foremost

Requirements

• An active insurance license (preferred) or previous sales experience
• A genuine hustle. You don't need 10 years of experience, but you do need drive
• Strong communication skills and real comfort talking to people
• Someone coachable you don't have to know it all, you just have to want to learn
