Physical Therapist Join Our Team at The Orchards at Redford We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at The Orchards at Redford in Redford Township, Michigan . As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and patients, helping them to regain strength, mobility, and independence. About the Role As a Physical Therapist at The Orchards at Redford, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing and treating residents and patients with a wide range of medical conditions and injuries
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Providing education and training to residents and their families on proper exercises, stretches, and self-care techniques
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
- Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop treatment plans
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current Michigan Physical Therapy licensure
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
