Finance Manager

Supporting client finance operations, the full-time remote Finance Manager will deliver comprehensive financial management and reporting services for a diverse property portfolio while leading a team of financial professionals. Key responsibilities Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and management reports for assigned property portfolios, ensuring compliance with client requirements and accounting standards Assist in developing and monitoring annual operating budgets and forecasts, collaborating with property management teams for realistic projections Perform detailed account reconciliations and variance analysis, identifying discrepancies and collaborating with operational teams to resolve issues Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting Solid understanding of GAAP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and advanced formulas Experience with financial software systems, preferably real estate management platforms such as Yardi or MRI Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail in a client-focused environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to review financial data and communicate findings effectively to various stakeholders
