Full Stack .NET Developer

Cary, NC (Hybrid – Tues/Thurs onsite)

6+ months contract

We are seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer to join a high-performing IT organization focused on delivering scalable enterprise software solutions and measurable business value. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on development, solving complex technical problems, and working across modern Microsoft technologies in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical analysis, architecture, design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications
• Develop scalable web-based and distributed software solutions
• Create technical designs and contribute to software architecture decisions
• Work closely with business users and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues
• Contribute to cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Stay current with modern development tools, frameworks, and best practices
• Participate in testing, pilots, and deployment activities

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong Full Stack .NET development background
• Experience with:
• ASP.NET
• C#
• VB.NET
• ASP
• .NET Framework
• Web Services
• SQL Server
• IIS (Internet Information Services)
• Microsoft Platform experience:
• VSTS
• TFS
• SharePoint
• Experience designing scalable web and distributed systems
• Familiarity with GitHub, BitBucket, or other version control systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
