Quality Control Manager – Concrete / Precast

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead the QC team at our Greenfield facility and ensure materials, production processes, and finished products meet quality and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the QC team, including Engineers, Supervisors, and Inspectors.
• Oversee inspections, testing, documentation, and quality processes.
• Ensure compliance with PCI, ACI, ASTM , and company quality standards.
• Manage concrete mix design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Support PCI audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Production and Engineering to resolve quality and process issues.
• Analyze quality data and report performance to management.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete/precast quality control preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• ACI and PCI certifications required.
• Knowledge of concrete mix design and ACI mix qualification procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Material testing/laboratory experience is a plus.
