Help ensure customer satisfaction and plant efficiency by supporting production and packaging needs throughout the facility. Schedule The schedule for this position can vary depending on business need. Typically, there will be staffing for an AM shift (early morning) and a PM shift (10am to 7pm or similar). Job Duties and Responsibilities Inspect and package fresh produce, such as blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, apples, etc. Safely utilize basic tools to sort, organize, and place boxes on a pallet. Properly complete all required paperwork. Ensure accuracy and monitor quality of production runs. Maintain continuous production runs and machine efficiency. Maintain plant cleanliness through daily work-area cleaning and proper scrap placement. Perform additional job duties as required by leadership efficiently and safely.
