About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join one of its portfolio businesses. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the company's commercial transformation, particularly in the integration of AI into its operating model and delivery capabilities. Key responsibilities for the CFO include owning FP&A, forecasting, and decision support in a technology-enabled environment, serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and PE sponsor, and leading the financial strategy for AI transformation and long-term growth. The role also involves driving the evolution of commercial and pricing models, managing lender relations, and preparing the company for a potential exit. Applicants for the CFO position at the company's portfolio business should have a proven track record in a PE-backed environment, with a focus on technology-enabled business models. Deep expertise in digital transformation, engineering services, or related environments is essential, as is direct experience in AI-enabled operating model changes. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of data-driven FP&A, be adept at building finance organizations, and have experience in M&A activities. A confident executive presence, lender management experience, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment are also required. The CFO will be expected to partner closely with operating leaders to enhance business performance and drive operational efficiency.
