Beverage Supervisor


Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Beverage Supervisor . In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the waterpark beverage team in their daily operations, including assisting behind the bar, interacting with guests, and overseeing a sage workplace.


As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love -guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You'll ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.


Key Responsibilities

• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs for all beverage outlets within the Resort

• Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the venue's recipes, portioning, and serving standards.

• Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations are met daily.

• Ensure that the bartenders/barbacks/cocktail servers are providing all orders on time and made with quality and consistency, according to specifications.

• Assist Beverage Manager to develop, coach, and train new staff and existing staff in all areas of managerial and professional development

What We're Looking For

• We do require that you are 21 years of age.

• 3 years extensive experience in bar, restaurant, kitchen, hotel, resort management preferred
