CDS Full Time Event Manager – Product Demonstration Club Demonstration Services (CDS) seeks an Event Manager to recruit, hire, and supervise in‑store product demonstrators. The role oversees product preparation and presentation, training, and customer service, and coordinates with warehouse managers, vendors, and staff during new location grand openings. Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation. Train product demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service. Communicate between multiple managers, vendors, and demonstrators. Participate in new location grand openings as required. Requirements High school education or equivalent. 2–4 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments. Detail‑oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams. Ability to exercise independent judgment. Ability to coach and counsel employees, taking correct measures as needs arise. Flexibility and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
