Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Role Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) providing high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Responsibilities Assess, triage, and monitor patients; administer treatments and medications; assist physicians; educate patients; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; document care; ensure patient safety; adhere to safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills At least one year of recent ER experience; valid RN license; current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications; strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills; physical ability to handle equipment and move patients; ability to work under pressure and in team settings. Key Duties Prioritize patient care based on severity; manage emergency procedures; respond to life‑threatening situations; maintain accurate records; collaborate with healthcare professionals; uphold safety and infection control protocols.
