Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Lumpers to assist with loading and unloading trucks, handling freight, and organizing products within a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical work, can work at a fast pace, and follows all safety procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Load and unload products and materials from trailers and containers.
• Manually move, stack, sort, and organize boxes, pallets, and freight.
• Break down and rebuild pallets as needed.
• Inspect products for visible damage and report any issues to a supervisor.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Follow proper lifting techniques and warehouse safety procedures.
• Use pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as authorized.
• Assist with staging freight for shipment or storage.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production and unloading/loading goals.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and warehouse leads.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, and pull for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to work around trucks, pallets, and warehouse equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, or lumping experience preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must follow all company safety and PPE requirements.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 1st and 2nd shift available.
