Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill ICU patients during night shifts. Ensure patient stability, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions continuously to identify changes in health status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and update care plans.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license and active state licensure.
• Proven experience in an Intensive Care Unit setting.
• Possess BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently during night shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
