PeopleSoft Administrator Minimum Requirements: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in computer science or a related field 8 years of: Experience managing SDLC-based projects using Agile/Scrum Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SSRS) and ETL technologies (IDMC, SSIS, Azure Data Factory). Strong SQL skills and understanding of data warehousing concepts (snowflakes/star schemas, Slowly Changing Dimension, Datamart, Datalake, ODS, OLAP). Experience in building Enterprise Datawarehouse, Datamart, Data Lake, Operational Data Store. 6 years of: Strong leadership and ability to manage cross-functional technical teams Experience with resource planning, project budgeting, and vendor coordination Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills Experience in creating project plans, dashboards, Gantt charts, and executive status reports Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to produce high-quality work in a dynamic environment Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines Extensive skill in effective verbal and written communications with stakeholders Preferred/Optional: Experience with mainframe modernization or transformation on projects (added advantage) 3B Staffing LLC
