Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Technical Developer

Our client, a leading organization leveraging Oracle Cloud technologies to support enterprise finance and business operations, is looking for an Oracle Technical Developer . This role will support Oracle Cloud Applications through system administration, enhancements, and complex integrations with other corporate systems while partnering cross-functionally to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Compensation: $72.00 - $90.00 per hour Additional Compensation: This position is not eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Summary: This role serves as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, supporting system configuration, integrations, reporting, and ongoing enhancements. The developer will collaborate with Finance, IT, Engineering, and other business units to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable solutions that align with business needs and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Configure and extend Oracle Fusion ERP and Financial applications based on business requirements Develop and enhance Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations and orchestrations Build and maintain OTBI dashboards, reports, and agents using subject areas and SQL Extend Oracle Fusion Redwood using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) / Visual Builder Studio Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions Troubleshoot system and process issues, ensuring timely resolution and system efficiency Manage user access and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Document process flows, procedures, and technical designs; provide training as needed Support quarterly Oracle system upgrades and coordinate with stakeholders and Change Advisory Board Monitor and support finance systems, including service desk tickets and timecard processes Continuously evaluate and improve system functionality, scalability, and performance Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field 10+ years of experience as a functional and technical subject matter expert in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP 10+ years of experience developing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) 10+ years of experience extending Oracle Fusion applications using VBCS / Visual Builder Studio 10+ years of experience with OTBI reporting, including dashboards, reports, and agents Experience translating business requirements into technical design documentation Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, purchasing, intercompany, fixed assets, cash management) Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Nice to Have: Experience with Oracle BPM workflows and approval processes Experience configuring Oracle Fusion across multiple organizations, legal entities, and business units SQL, DBMS, and BI reporting expertise Experience working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments About Hansell Tierney: Hansell Tierney is one of the premier staffing and recruiting companies in the Pacific Northwest.
