This 24-physician private practice has proudly served the community for over 30 years and offers a clear partnership track with excellent earning potential. Compensation & Benefits: Year 1: $325,000 salary Year 2: $350,000 salary Partnership beginning Year 3 with average earnings of $450,000 $50,000 sign-on bonus $50,000 starting bonus Up to $14,000 relocation assistance Full benefits package and malpractice coverage provided Schedule: 16 shifts per month 8-hour shifts Predominantly day shifts (approx. 14 days / 2 nights per month) Dedicated nocturnist coverage in place Practice Details: 24-physician, 100% democratic group Full partnership after Year 2 Works across two facilities: Carrollton ED: 40 beds | ~65,000 annual visits Villa Rica ED: 36 beds | ~45,000 annual visits Both facilities are Level II Trauma Centers Supported by experienced NP/PA staff Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine Must be EM-trained Work Environment: Join a collaborative, physician-led group with a strong reputation, excellent support staff, and a proven track record of long-term success.
