Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver
Pay: $20-$22/hr. DOE with room to grow for good performance & attendance
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Adecco is currently hiring a Warehouse & Delivery Associate for a full-time opportunity with a well-established industrial supply company. This role combines warehouse operations, customer service, and local deliveries, making it an excellent fit for candidates who enjoy variety in their workday and take pride in providing outstanding service to customers.
What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Deliver products locally using a company pickup truck and trailer
• Assist customers in person and over the phone with product inquiries and orders
• Process shipping transactions through UPS, FedEx, and other carriers
• Maintain accurate inventory and restock warehouse bins as needed
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and coordinate basic vehicle maintenance
• Keep the warehouse, loading areas, and parking lot clean, organized, and safe
• Support daily warehouse operations and collaborate with team members to meet customer needs

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and customer service experience required
• Ability to hook up and tow the truck & trailer
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of industrial products, including pipe, valves, and fittings
• Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and QuickBooks
• Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and company vehicles safely
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
