Creative Director - Experiential

The Creative Director - Experiential at Wasserman Media Group LLC leads senior-level creative across multi-project engagements in sports, lifestyle, and entertainment. The role partners with clients to shape concepts, strategy, and immersive experiences while guiding a team of copywriters and art directors. Location Brooklyn, NY (onsite) Salary USD 150,000 - 200,000 per year Responsibilities Lead the creative charge as a senior leader across multiple projects, ensuring the quality of the team’s output. Anticipate client callouts and production considerations, using experience to identify issues before they arise to smooth the creative process and strengthen ideas and teams. Collaborate with clients to develop concepts and strategies that propel brands forward, while monitoring industry trends to keep brands relevant in their space. Own the creative output and uphold rigorous quality control. Understand the big picture objectives for both clients and the agency. Maintain positive relationships with interdepartmental teams and clients. Work with third party vendors and partner agencies. Anticipate challenges across projects and teams. Assist in managing work plans and team needs for current and upcoming projects. Develop a trusting and communicative relationship with creative team members. Requirements 10+ years of relevant experience, with 3+ years of direct experience managing creative accounts Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc Ability to work in PowerPoint, Keynote, Office Suite Prior experience and/or knowledge in sports, music, or entertainment is beneficial Proactive ability to think strategically and creatively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and highly organized Ability to multi-task Technologies Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator PowerPoint Keynote Office Suite #J-18808-Ljbffr
