Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data and analytics initiatives, from planning through production implementation.

Manage delivery across data engineering, data integration, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, reporting, and analytics workstreams.

Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.

Coordinate closely with Data Engineers, Data Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

Drive execution across multiple teams and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog reviews, release planning, and delivery status meetings.

Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive them through resolution.

Provide clear status reporting and executive-level communication to business and technology leadership.

Coordinate production releases and ensure appropriate testing, governance, and implementation processes are followed.

Ensure data initiatives comply with banking security, data governance, privacy, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and overall team effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

8 10 years of overall IT experience, with significant experience delivering data-focused programs and projects.

Proven experience as a Data Delivery Lead, Technical Delivery Lead, Data Program Lead, or similar role.

Strong understanding of data engineering, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data warehousing, APIs, and analytics.

Experience with modern data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, AWS, or similar platforms.

Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience and experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar delivery management tools.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across technical and business teams.

Banking or financial services experience strongly preferred.
