As a Consumer Care Agent at JOCKEY, you'll have the opportunity to work for a globally recognized brand in our corporate Contact Center located in Kenosha, WI. This role entails assisting our consumers in placing product orders via phone while providing exceptional customer support. Schedule/Location: Available to work 3-4 shifts per week, including Saturdays and/or Sundays and Mondays and/or Fridays. Location: For onboarding and training, you will start at our corporate office in Kenosha. After training, you will work on a hybrid schedule. What you'll do: Answer inbound consumer calls; assist in placing customer orders Respond to consumer inquiries Respond to shipping inquiries; answer order status questions Demonstrative effective problem solving and customer relation skills Provide answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability Enter relevant information into CRM database system after each contact, ensuring pertinent customer data Provide feedback to supervisors on processes and customer interactions as necessary Attend training sessions to continuously improve product and procedure knowledge What you'll need: High School degree or equivalent One year of experience in a customer service call center Solid communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with a positive demeanor Basic Knowledge of MS Word and Excel Benefits Include: Paid, 2-week immersive hands-on training program to prepare you for everything you need to know about how to be successful at Jockey Enjoy a team-friendly work environment Competitive salary and premium pay for weekend shifts Advancement opportunities within the team or company for top performers Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
