Responsibilities: • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Tech savvy • Self-motivation and drive • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Compensation: $75,000
