Overview The Mass Torts Practice Group focuses on silica, asbestos, and talc litigation. The role involves managing assigned cases with a high degree of autonomy, covering all phases of complex litigation from discovery and depositions to motion practice and trial, in collaboration with a team of experienced litigators. Candidates must be willing to travel periodically for depositions, court appearances, and other necessary proceedings.
