Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Oncology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients across various shifts and settings.
• Administer and monitor medications, including chemotherapy, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaboratively work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float to different departments or facilities within the UCSF network as required.
• Maintain accurate and updated documentation in the Epic charting system.
• Educate patients and families on symptom management, treatment plans, and preventive care.

Qualifications

• Current CA RN License required.
• AHA BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in oncology nursing, with outpatient experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Epic charting is required.
• Ability to float within UCSF facilities as needed.
• Completed references and strong communication skills a must.
