As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a healthcare location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents and support a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine rounds, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to patients, visitors, and staff. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:30 AM - 01:00 PMTue07:30 AM - 12:00 PMWed07:30 AM - 12:00 PMThur07:30 AM - 12:00 PMFri07:30 AM - 12:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel. Complete required activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and follow-up needs to site leadership. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
