What You’ll Be Doing: Engaging the Community: You are the face of our brand! You’ll start conversations with homeowners at local events and retail sites. Setting the Stage: You aren’t selling windows; you’re selling the appointment. Your goal is to set qualified consultations for our Design Consultants. Problem Solving: Use your conversational agility to address customer needs and build trust authentically. Continuous Growth: Participate in coaching and role-playing to sharpen your skills and increase your bonus potential. Paid Travel: We reimburse mileage and drive time for events more than 20 miles/30 minutes away. Requirements: Must have a valid Driver’s License, a reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance. Ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 50 lbs frequently during shifts. Willingness to work in various weather conditions (Heat, Cold, Rain, Wind).
