Performance Improvement (FP&A) Director

Senior Manager/Director of Finance & FP&A Transformation We are seeking an experienced finance leader to drive transformation initiatives across key financial processes and operating models. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred MBA or advanced professional qualification strongly desired 10+ years of consulting or industry experience focused on finance transformation, process improvement, M&A, and organizational change Deep expertise in core financial processes, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting Experience in financial due diligence, synergy analysis, integration planning, and post‑merger integration Background in shared services design, outsourcing, and vendor selection Proven ability to lead complex engagements and manage teams in fast‑paced environments Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience handling large, complex datasets Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities Excellent communication and client‑facing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI and Adaptive is a plus Highly self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently under pressure Performance & Growth Ongoing weekly alignment with leadership to review priorities, performance, and customer outcomes Formal 90‑day performance evaluation focused on execution quality, communication, analytical capability, and portfolio management Clear path for growth based on ownership, impact, and ability to scale customer value Salary Range $200K - 250K depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr E78
