Master PlumberLocation: Gillette, Wyoming Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, with additional hours as project or service needs requirePosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Master Plumber to join a growing team in Gillette, Wyoming. This position is ideal for a skilled plumbing professional who can independently perform, oversee, and troubleshoot complex plumbing work while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and code compliance.The Master Plumber will perform and oversee plumbing installations, repairs, maintenance, and system troubleshooting across commercial and/or residential projects. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and the experience necessary to ensure work is completed correctly, safely, and in accordance with applicable plumbing codes.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and related equipmentDiagnose plumbing problems and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutionsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and plumbing plansEnsure plumbing work complies with applicable local, state, and national plumbing codesPerform and oversee rough-in, finish plumbing, piping, fixture installation, and system testingInspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and code complianceProvide technical guidance and direction to plumbers, apprentices, and other field personnel as neededCoordinate plumbing activities with project managers, superintendents, contractors, and other tradesIdentify material, equipment, and labor requirements for assigned workMaintain accurate documentation related to completed work, materials, inspections, and service activitiesTroubleshoot complex plumbing and piping system issuesFollow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirementsMaintain tools, equipment, and assigned work areas in safe working conditionCommunicate professionally with customers, contractors, inspectors, and team membersRequired QualificationsValid Master Plumber license, or ability to meet applicable Wyoming licensing requirementsExtensive professional plumbing experienceStrong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, troubleshooting, and repairThorough understanding of applicable plumbing codes and safety requirementsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specificationsAbility to independently diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issuesStrong leadership and communication skillsValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordAbility to perform the physical requirements associated with plumbing and construction workAbility to work onsite in Gillette, WYPreferred QualificationsCommercial or industrial plumbing experiencePrevious experience supervising plumbers or apprenticesExperience working on new construction and renovation projectsExperience coordinating inspections and working with local authorities having jurisdictionOSHA safety training or other applicable construction safety certificationsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experience and qualificationsFull-time, year-round employmentOpportunities for professional growth and advancementSupportive team environmentBenefits package available to eligible employeesEqual Employment OpportunityWe are an equal opportunity employer.
