DescriptionPosition at Mount Sinai WellnessSenior Director of Business DevelopmentThe Senior Director of Business Development will implement a strategic business plan that targets and builds referral relationships leading to admission to the assigned resident facility. The Senior Director will also coach and mentor assigned development representatives and other staff helping the facility achieve its goals.Essential Job Functions:Promote a strong Facility culture in all employees including management throughout the organizationDevelops and implements strategies that supports the overall Strategic Business Development PlanDevelops and maintains referral relationshipsConsistently achieves agreed upon amount of 20 face to face meetings per weekConsistently documents activities and pertinent account informationEducates team members about Facility’s services specific to clinical and recovery educationManage, mentor and coach Business Development Representatives with assigned territoryAttend meetings with Business Development Representatives providing feedback and guidanceNegotiate and close business deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectivesManage and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and business development initiativesCollaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business development strategiesOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Knowledge of and the ability to effectively communicate all program and service offering to key stakeholdersBachelor’s Degree or higher preferredStrong selling skills (4-6 years sales experience)Health care experience a plusStrong customer service skillsProfessional represents BayMark Health Services and all Residential FacilitiesInitial and on-going MVR verification and must maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with BayMark’s policy F&A-115Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.Satisfactory criminal background checks, and drug screen.Benefits: Competitive salaryComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and 401(K)Generous paid time off accrualExcellent growth and development opportunitiesSatisfying and rewarding work striving to overcome the opioid epidemicHere is what you can expect from us: Mount Sinai Wellness is committed to helping people achieve lasting sobriety through comprehensive care and compassionate support.
