Quality Assurance Manager (SE28233) Cambridge, England Salary: GBP42000 - GBP45000 per annum + Benefits Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm Quality Assurance Manager – This role coordinates all aspects of food safety, quality and hygiene in a food manufacturing environment and leads a team of QA & hygiene technicians. Responsibilities Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) Lead a team of Quality Assurance & Hygiene Technicians Ensure company HACCP plans are up-to-date Coordinate all elements of food safety, quality, hygiene & legality processes Make sure food safety & quality checks are completed from schedules Maintain raw materials and finished product testing programme Conduct internal audits, monitor KPIs and team compliance Ensure pest control & hygiene schedules are followed Investigate non-conformances & complaints received and implement corrective actions Qualifications At least 5 years experience in a similar quality leader or manager position Ideally degree qualified in science / food safety related subjects Must have worked in food manufacturing previously Knowledge of pest control, HACCP to BRCGS standards Good people management, organisational & prioritisation skills Experienced in reporting, dealing with data and use of QMS Proactive and able to think on own initiative #J-18808-Ljbffr
