-1st Shift
Monday–Friday
6:00 AM – 2:45 PM
-2nd Shift
Monday–Thursday
3:00 PM – 1:45 AM Job Overview:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented team members to join a manufacturing operation in Hopewell Junction, NY. Employees will be cross-trained in multiple areas, including product preparation, sharpening, packaging, and quality support.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are interested in developing manufacturing and machine operation skills. Picker / Packer / Sharpener Responsibilities:
- Sort and prepare products for processing
- Unpack returned items for refurbishment and sharpening
- Operate equipment used for sharpening, grinding, honing, buffing, cleaning, and finishing products
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy throughout the process
- Package finished products for shipment to customers
- Clean and maintain machinery according to company procedures
- Assist with machine calibration and routine maintenance tasks
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Support production needs and other duties as assigned
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working with machinery and hand-operated equipment
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn multiple roles through cross-training
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
