As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of production equipment and facility systems. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving mechanical and electrical problems, working with advanced manufacturing equipment, and making a direct impact on production.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systemsDiagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC equipment issuesComplete scheduled maintenance to minimize downtimeAssist with machine installations, equipment moves, and facility improvement projectsCoordinate with managers, engineers, vendors, and contractors to keep operations running smoothlyMaintain maintenance records and purchase parts using SAPFollow all safety, environmental, lockout/tagout, and 5S proceduresPerform general facility maintenance, including minor building repairs, painting, plumbing, and HVAC supportRequirements:High School Diploma or GED required3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systemsAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsIntermediate computer skillsAbility to stand and walk throughout the workdayAbility to pass a background check and drug screenMust be eligible to work in an ITAR-regulated environmentWhy this role is a great opportunity:Opportunity to grow your skills with hands-on training and mentorshipStable company with long-term employees and strong leadership supportWork on a variety of equipment and systemsCompetitive pay, excellent benefits, pension, and career growth opportunitiesIf you're a skilled Maintenance Mechanic who enjoys problem-solving and keeping equipment operating at peak performance, we'd love to hear from you!Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily.
