- Bring experience as a Director of Finance or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- High proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.)
- Own all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with leadership on business planning and growth initiatives
- Oversee cash flow management and optimize capital allocation
- Ensure timely and accurate financial statements and compliance with tax laws
- Lead financial audits and manage relationships with external accounting partners
- Implement scalable processes for tracking expenses, revenue, and KPIs
- Support hiring and departmental budgeting decisions with financial clarity
- Build and manage a small internal finance team as the firm grows
