Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Company Description Baler Autism Center is a dedicated provider of services for children and adolescents on the autism spectrum and related developmental needs. The center focuses on evidence-based practices, with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support meaningful skill development and behavior change. Interdisciplinary collaboration, family involvement, and individualized treatment planning are central to the organization’s approach. Team members work closely with caregivers, educators, and community partners to promote progress across home, school, and community settings. Role Description This is a part or full-time, on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role based in Hollister, CA. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and design ABA programs tailored to each client’s needs. Responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, modeling interventions, and providing real-time feedback to ensure high-quality, data-driven implementation. The BCBA will analyze client data, adjust treatment plans, and prepare clear progress reports for caregivers, funding sources, and interdisciplinary teams. The role also involves delivering caregiver and parent training, collaborating with schools and other providers, and maintaining ethical, compliant documentation aligned with professional and organizational standards. Qualifications Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans. Experience in Behavior Management strategies, including developing proactive behavior support plans and teaching replacement skills. Background in Psychology or related fields to inform assessment, treatment planning, and understanding of developmental and behavioral needs. Skill in Parent Education, including coaching caregivers on ABA strategies, communication, and behavior support in home and community settings. Current BCBA certification and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines. Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a closely related field. Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities, preferably in clinic or school-based settings. Strong data collection, analysis, and documentation skills, with proficiency in relevant software tools. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with families, peers, and community partners. Ability to work on-site in Hollister, CA, including occasional flexible hours to meet client and family needs.
