Pharmacist

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed pharmacist to join our team on site in Lebanon, TN. This role is crucial in maintaining our business operations and ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations. The position primarily involves working closing shifts and every other weekend, with hours from Monday to Friday, 2pm-10:30pm, and Saturday to Sunday, 8am-3:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Cover shifts including nights and weekends.
• Be available on call after hours on a weekend rotation.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of three other pharmacists.
• Ensure compliance with controlled substance regulations and DEA standards.
• Manage medication packaging for skilled nursing facilities (SNF) or assisted living populations.
• Coordinate med pass schedules and facility delivery.
• Address clinical questions from facility staff after hours.

Essential Skills

• Tennessee Board of Pharmacy License.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Long-term care or post-acute pharmacy experience.
• Familiarity with LTC dispensing software.
• Attention to detail, punctuality, and accuracy.

Work Environment

The work environment is collaborative, with the pharmacist working alongside three other pharmacists. The dress code is business casual or scrubs. The team is focused on maintaining a high standard of care and compliance within the healthcare industry. Interviews will be conducted in person.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $57.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
