Looking to make a difference as a school-based speech-language pathologist in a dynamic and engaging educational environment? This contract opportunity offers a full-time, extended school-year schedule, focusing on elementary caseloads in a supportive setting. You’ll play a pivotal supervisory role, working directly with SLPAs at an elementary campus while helping students achieve meaningful communication goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
• Prior experience working in school settings, especially at the elementary level
• Comfortable supervising SLPAs and guiding their practice
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage responsibility across campuses
• Willing to mentor Clinical Fellows (CFs)
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
• Able to work on-site; teletherapy/Voco experience is not applicable for this role

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to a caseload of 70-80 elementary students per campus
• Supervise and support SLPAs to ensure high-quality delivery of services
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and participate in eligibility meetings
• Travel between campuses as needed in an itinerant capacity
• Facilitate a positive learning environment and advocate for students’ diverse needs
