Caregiver / Home Health Aide

Location Falls, PA (18615). This position serves residents in Lackawanna, Wayne, and/or Luzerne Counties. What to Expect $14-$15 per hour Variety of hours offered weekdays and weekends; 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift 1:1 aide‑to‑client ratio Health insurance (requires 30 hours per week) Weekly pay with direct deposit Referral bonuses Local team for continuous support Online training and CEUs available Responsibilities Provide personal care and support to help seniors live safely at home Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship Help with ambulation, transferring, and range‑of‑motion exercises Provide medication reminders, document condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum six (6) months of personal care experience in a similar role CPR certification Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and reliable transportation Compassionate and helpful nature, good communicator, ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
