Apply now!Learn more about ADP at jobs.adp.comWHAT YOU'LL DO:Here's what you can expect on a typical day: Lead and develop a team of Product ManagersOwn backlog prioritization and roadmap planning for GenesysCloud and IVR-related productsPartner with internal stakeholders to gather enhancement requests and business requirementsTranslate business needs into clear product requirements and user storiesDrive prioritization decisions based on business impact and strategic goalsCollaborate with technology, operations, and customer experience teams to deliver product enhancementsCommunicate roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadershipMonitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvementTO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.8+ years of Product Management experienceExperience leading Product Managers or Product OwnersHands-on experience with GenesysCloud (GenCloud)Experience supporting IVR, voice automation, self-service, or contact center technologiesStrong backlog management and roadmap ownership experienceProven ability to gather requirements and influence stakeholders across the organizationExperience working within Agile environmentsWhat are you waiting for?
