Can you diagnose a failing furnace, repair an air conditioner, troubleshoot a boiler, AND confidently walk a homeowner through their options for a complete system replacement?

At WyattWorks, we're looking for a skilled  Residential HVAC Service Technician who brings more to the table than technical ability. We want a professional who can educate homeowners, build trust, present solutions, and help customers make confident decisions about their home's comfort.
We're building something special in our HVAC division, and we're looking for experienced professionals who want to help us grow.
The Role: Technician Meets Consultant
Service & Technical Expertise

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Service gas furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini-splits, and central air conditioning systems.
• Identify system inefficiencies, safety concerns, and potential equipment failures.
• Perform quality repairs while following industry standards and best practices.
• Recognize when repair is appropriate and when replacement may provide greater long-term value.

Sales & Customer Consultation

• Educate homeowners on their HVAC systems and available comfort solutions.
• Confidently present repair-versus-replacement options.
• Recommend and sell complete HVAC equipment, including furnaces, boilers, mini-splits, heat pumps, and air conditioning systems.
• Explain equipment benefits, energy efficiency, performance, and long-term value in terms homeowners understand.
• Build trust through honest recommendations, not high-pressure sales tactics.
• Present estimates, answer questions, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Create long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.

Teamwork & Growth

• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the office.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Help shape and strengthen the future of WyattWorks HVAC.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have strong residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience.
• Understand forced-air heating, air conditioning, heat pumps, mini-splits, and hydronic or steam boiler systems.
• Have experience selling HVAC equipment or are confident presenting complete replacement options.
• Enjoy educating homeowners and helping them make informed decisions.
• Can communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently.
• Understand that selling is about solving problems, not pushing products.
• Are motivated by goals, results, and opportunities to grow.
• Take pride in your workmanship and customer relationships.
• Can work independently while supporting a team.
• Have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
