The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated area manager to our Healthcare team in Kansas and Missouri. As an area manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee business in an assigned region to ensure quality and growth.

What you'll be doing:

• Maintaining strong relationships with clients to address their needs and concerns. 
• Assisting in the training and on-boarding of new employees and unit managers. 
• Conducting audits to ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation are up to standard in all units in the assigned area.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• At least three years’ experience coordinating foodservice. 
• At least two years’ experience in a supervisory or management role. 
• Strong customer service and organizational skills. 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills. 
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite. 

Nice-to-haves: 

• Associate’s degree or higher education
