The facility operates as a combined occupational medicine and urgent care clinic, providing both scheduled and walk-in services in an on-site setting. The clinic is equipped to deliver workplace health services alongside urgent care treatment. Established clinical protocols support the efficient delivery of care across both service lines.

The area offers a range of cultural, outdoor, and entertainment attractions suited to varied interests. Notable destinations include the Amarillo Museum of Art, Wildcat Bluff Nature Center, the American Quarter Horse Heritage Center and Museum, and Wonderland Amusement Park, as well as indoor entertainment venues. Approximately 25 miles from the facility, Palo Duro Canyon - the second largest canyon in the United States - spans over 25,000 acres and provides opportunities for camping, hiking, mountain biking, and equestrian trails. Clinicians should be aware that the region is periodically subject to hail storms.

Clinicians will provide occupational medicine and urgent care services during day shifts at an on-site clinic, managing 20-25 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities consist of approximately 90% occupational medicine cases and 10% urgent care, encompassing the evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries and acute conditions across all age groups.
