We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented HR Assistant to support our fast growing organization . This role provides operational support across HR functions including onboarding coordination, employee support, HRIS assistance, and employee recognition programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to HR inbox inquiries

• Coordinate onboarding tasks and pre employment requirements

• Assist with employee offboarding and internal transfers

• Provide basic support for HRIS questions and requests

• Maintain employee records and audit files for compliance

• Assist with employee recognition programs and internal communications

• Update employee announcements including birthdays, anniversaries, and Employee of the Month

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative, HR, or office support experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast paced environment

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and strong attention to detail

• Experience with HR systems or HRIS preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Experience in healthcare or multi location organizations preferred

Location and Hours:

• In Office 5 days a week: Maitland, FL
• Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM
