As a Project Manager, you’ll lead initiatives that impact in local facilities—projects that truly make a difference. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary liaison between owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams. Manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, and cost tracking with precision. Oversee project schedules, coordinate MEP and BIM processes, and ensure compliance with public sector standards. Write subcontracts and purchase orders, monitor budgets, and proactively resolve issues. Deliver projects to closeout with a zero-punch list goal and comprehensive handoff. What You Bring A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Familiarity with construction-specific software like Procore, ViewPoint, or Microsoft Project.
