Receptionist

Hours and Pay PRN Position Every other Saturday 3:30pm-11pm, includes holidays. $17.50/hour Responsibilities Greets visitors and residents courteously and assists with questions/problems or refers to appropriate department. Serves as central communications during emergencies. Answers all incoming calls in a timely manner and directs calls to appropriate party. Completes administrative duties including but not limited to mail distribution, copying, computer work, etc. Monitors security cameras in conjunction with security staff. Receives, logs and notifies residents/associates of package delivery. Qualifications Minimum one (1) year of reception experience with heavy public contact, or in a security monitoring environment required. High school diploma required.
