Contract | Days, 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Perform scrub and/or circulator duties as required within the CVOR environment
• Participate in on-call assignments as determined by unit need
• Fulfill one on-call weekend per month as part of the standard schedule
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• May be expected to float to other units or nearby sister facilities based on staffing needs and individual skill set

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of CVOR experience required
• Must have a personal vehicle available for use during this assignment
• Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
• All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal
• Local candidates (within 50 miles of the facility) are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior scrub experience in a CVOR setting strongly preferred
• First-time travelers may be considered on a case-by-case basis with demonstrated strong CVOR experience
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
