Associate Product Tester

We’re hiring an Executive Product Tester for DiversyFund Edge—our Mac co-pilot for executives and staff. This is not a traditional software engineering role and not a “build new features” role. Your job is to use DiversyFund Edge all day like an executive, find everything that makes it untrustworthy, and file clear, high-quality bug reports so our CTO can fix the real issues. Strong preference for people who already live in modern AI tools and CRM products—not people discovering them on day one. What you’ll do Live in DiversyFund Edge for most of the workday on a Mac Run the executive day-in-the-life path: sign‑in, connect apps (CRM, Portal, Google), open Insights, ask the Chief of Staff co‑pilot real business questions, exercise approval flows Reproduce bugs consistently and write excellent reports: steps, expected vs actual, screenshots, logs, and which layer it looks like (Edge, Connect/session, CRM, Portal, or cloud) Stress‑test AI co‑pilot behavior the way a power user would: vague asks, follow‑ups, wrong‑tool temptations, approval gates, “did it actually do what it claimed?” Compare Edge workflows against how real CRM ops feel in tools you’ve used (e.g. GoHighLevel / GHL‑style pipelines, contacts, messaging, campaigns) Track what still blocks trust — blank panels, failed connections, wrong answers, broken approvals, update/reopen issues Retest fixes and confirm they’re actually fixed on a real machine Optionally use AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Claude Cowork / ChatGPT) to draft reports, checklists, or light scripts when asked — helpful, not the core job Must‑have experience AI products (required): Daily or near‑daily use of tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, or similar AI coding/co‑pilot products. You should already know how these tools fail in practice (hallucinations, overconfident answers, bad tool use, weak repro) and how to push on them. CRM products (required): Hands‑on experience with a modern CRM—GoHighLevel (GHL) strongly preferred; HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, or similar also count. You should understand contacts, pipelines, messaging/comms, and why “CRM said it worked” is not the same as “it actually worked.” Mac comfort and excellent written bug reports What success looks like DiversyFund Edge is exercised daily by someone other than the CTO Bugs arrive pre‑digested: reproducible, prioritised, honest (no “soft pass”) AI and CRM edge cases are caught early because you’ve seen those failure modes before Executives (including CEO) get a clearer picture of what works and what doesn’t before we ship Who you are Extremely detail‑oriented; you notice when something “kind of works” Fluent in AI‑assisted workflows — you use Cursor / Claude / ChatGPT as normal tools, not novelties CRM‑native: you’ve operated or supported real go‑to‑market / ops workflows, not just clicked around a demo Excellent written communicator Prefer truth over vibes — if it’s broken, you say it’s broken Curious and relentless, but you don’t need to be a staff engineer Nice to have Prior QA / product testing / customer support / RevOps experience Investment, fundraising, or financial‑services ops context Light scripting or comfort asking AI to help write small checks when the CTO asks This role is not Feature development or platform/release engineering ownership “AI engineer” as the primary identity—AI fluency matters; shipping architecture does not Pure manual QA with no CRM or AI product experience #J-18808-Ljbffr DiversyFund, Inc
