We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity supports three different practice locations. Locations Family Medicine Care, Anderson – 1601 Medical Arts Blvd Suite 100 & 203 Anderson, IN 46011 Family Medicine Care, Fortville – 545 Vitality Dr Suite 100A Fortville, IN 46040 Responsibilities Manage and address in-basket items to reduce workload on primary care physicians. Utilize technology and AI tools to streamline in-basket management. Provide patient care as required, ensuring high-quality service. Maintain accurate records and documentation of in-basket activities. Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and other healthcare team members.
