- Leverage your skills and experience to produce cross-sectional images of patients' internal organs and tissues, aiding in crucial medical diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize state-of-the-art computerized tomography (CT) scanners to generate detailed images.
- Accurately interpret physician scanning instructions to deliver optimal results.
- Administer contrast materials and prepare the CT scan equipment with precision.
- Position patients effectively to capture the appropriate images.
- Conduct quality control procedures to ensure top-notch imaging standards.
- Apply independent judgment while following all radiation safety protocols.
- Provide coverage for various areas within the Radiology Department.
- Perform radiologic diagnostic procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Continuously improve your diagnostic imaging knowledge and skills.
- Take on additional duties as assigned, embracing the variety of daily challenges! Requirements:
- A.R.R.T. registered with RT/CT Registry.
- Current Nevada X-ray License.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, including prior travel experience.
