Job Description:
Perform equipment testing and monitoring activities for PNT at the Clifton, NJ facility, including setup, operation, data collection, performance verification, and issue identification. Document test results, track equipment status, and support troubleshooting efforts to ensure systems operate in accordance with established procedures, safety requirements, and program objectives.

Essential Functions:

• Perform equipment testing and monitoring activities at the Clifton, NJ facility.
• Set up, operate, and verify test equipment to support system and component evaluations.
• Collect, record, and analyze performance data to ensure accuracy and compliance with test requirements.
• Monitor equipment operation and identify issues, anomalies, or performance deviations.
• Document test results, equipment status, and observations in accordance with established procedures.
• Support troubleshooting and corrective action efforts to resolve equipment or system issues.
• Ensure all testing activities are conducted in compliance with safety standards, operating procedures, and program objectives.
• Perform ESD checks as required by the program, including benches, chairs, floors, and other ESD control measures to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for on-site visits, including escorting duties, and support weekly vendor pickups and deliveries.
• Place purchase orders for parts required for maintenance and calibration activities.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree and/or tech school graduate preferred.
• Active Secret security clearance required

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience with Sunflower Asset Tracking Program (ATP) preferred.
• Ability to use a computer to enter data and generate reports.
• Ability to monitor, record, and maintain calibration and repair activity documentation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with technical staff and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must meet the physical requirements and environmental factors identified in the Functional Job Analysis.
• Must be able to pass all applicable medical examinations.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the hourly range for this role in Greater NYC. Area $28.66-$43.87. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
