Staffing Solutions Enterprises is partnering with National Safety Apparel (NSA) and Rauckman Utility Products, a leader in safety solutions for the electric utility industry, to identify a strategic and innovative Senior Product Manager for their Electric Utility Division. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of utility safety products and solutions. The Senior Product Manager will lead product strategy, guide portfolio development, analyze market opportunities, and collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to drive innovation and growth. The ideal candidate combines deep electric utility industry knowledge with strong product management expertise and a passion for delivering solutions that improve safety and performance for utility professionals. What You’ll Do Develop and execute strategic product plans for the Electric Utility Division. Identify new market opportunities and product enhancements through customer engagement and industry research. Lead product lifecycle management activities, from concept and development through commercialization and growth. Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing market success. Build relationships with utility customers, safety professionals, distributors, and industry stakeholders. Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities. Support product training, customer presentations, and industry events. Drive portfolio growth while balancing customer needs, profitability, and long-term strategic objectives. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. 7+ years of experience within the electric utility industry. Proven success in product management, product marketing, technical leadership, or related strategic roles. Deep understanding of electric utility operations, safety standards, and customer buying processes. Strong communication, presentation, and training skills. Exceptional analytical, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities. Experience working cross-functionally to launch and commercialize products. Ability to build credibility and influence with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. Willingness to travel regularly throughout the industry and customer network. Preferred Qualifications MBA or other advanced degree. Experience with utility equipment manufacturers, safety product providers, or related organizations. Familiarity with industry standards and organizations, including IEEE, ASTM, and IEC. Experience managing product portfolios with responsibility for revenue growth and profitability. Established relationships within electric utilities, industry associations, and utility service organizations.
