No experience required . This role is great for teens , including those 16 years old , or anyone looking to gain fast food or customer service experience. Team Member Duties The Team Member performs a variety of functions to help support the daily operations. Their responsibilities include: Show up to work on time and in uniform Clock in and clock out according to your scheduled time Greeting every guest as they come through the door quickly and genuinely ("Welcome to Gyro Republic!", "Welcome in!") Taking orders and completing them quickly and accurately Adhering to the cash control policy Be knowledgeable of all the products we sell including any current promotional deals offered and how to ring them up on the POS system Giving the correct portions on each order Suggestive selling and upsizes as well as add-ons to help check average Completing side work such as sauces, stickers for containers, dishes, prep, maintaining dining room area, cleaning windows and glass, taking out trash and filling drink display, cleaning and stocking the restroom area. Maintaining the serving line by always keeping area full and clean Maintain store in a clean and orderly manner Take initiative to walk the store and make sure all food items are stocked and prepped. Make sure to follow FIFO when stocking prepped food containers and sauces. Opening, shift change, and closing checklist must be completed everyday. Coordinate with your team members to make sure it is done. Completing trainings when assigned. Shift Lead A Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing business operations, delegating tasks to team members, and resolving problems that occur on their shift. Their duties include stocking inventory, balancing the cash register, and coordinating employee responsibilities to improve efficiency or customer service. Shift Lead Duties Shift Leads might perform the same tasks as employees while having the authority to manage co-workers in the absence of an assistant or general manager. Shift Leads are responsible for resolving any issues and ensuring work is completed on schedule within a shift.
